The order in which the contestants play is determined by lottery before each round.
The organizer sets practice times in advance and informs the participants in due time.
The jury’s decisions are made in private session and are final. They cannot be challenged.
The jury may opt to give no prize and may have participants share a prize.
All musicians younger than 35 years as of 23rd September 2007 are eligible. All nationalities are welcome.
Up to twelve musicians may participate. An audition jury will screen the applicants.
The application deadline is 28th February 2007
